Group Health Insurance

Coverage may be elected for full–time regular employees and their eligible dependents 90-days following the date of hire.

Dental & Vision Insurance

Coverage may be elected for full–time regular employees and their eligible dependents 90-days following the date of hire. An employee can enroll in Dental and Vision Insurance regardless of Group Health Insurance selection.

Group Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability

Life Insurance and Long Term Disability are available for all full-time employees, at no cost to employees.

All full-time regular employees may participate in a company-sponsored 401(k) matching program 90-days following the date of hire.

Supplemental Coverages

Paid Time Off

Up to 20 vacation days are earned accordingly and prorated based on the date of hire. All employees receive a maximum of five (5) sick days beginning in January after their hire date and are prorated accordingly. Viwinco provides all eligible employees 12 paid holidays each year 90-days following the date of hire.

Paid Parental Leave

Four-weeks of Paid Parental Leave for the birth of a child, adoption, or introduction of a foster child into a home.
